About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
2-person Groundworks Gang (360 Operative + Forward Tipping Dumper) for an immediate start in
The ideal gang will be working on a residential/commercial site focusing primarily on high-standard
finishing work. You will be working together to clear, level, and prepare site grounds to final inspection standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating 360 Excavator (above/below 10 tonne) and Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently.
- Precision finishing work, including final trimming, grading, kerbing, edging, and slabbing support.
- Drainage adjustments, service trenching, and topsoiling.
- Working collaboratively with site management and strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- CPCS or NPORS card required for both operatives (360 Excavator & Forward Tipping Dumper).
- Proven experience on groundworks projects with a strong focus on finishing work.
- Valid
- CIS registration (UTR number required).
- Relevant PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Competitive rate up to £23.00/hr (CIS) depending on experience.
Weekly pay.
Potential for ongoing long-term work in the Teesside area.
