We are working with a well-established business with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects across the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Sports & Leisure sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking a Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a very reputable company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading projects from pre-construction and tender stages through to site delivery and handover
- Managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure programmes and budgets are met
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and quality across the site
- Reporting progress to senior leadership and maintaining client satisfaction throughout
What we’re looking for:
- Background in delivering projects in the public or commercial sectors
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex programmes from start to finish

- First Aid at Work
