An excellent long-term contract opportunity is available for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on a major social housing portfolio across Birmingham. We are seeking a dedicated professional for an ongoing contract expected to last for a minimum of one year, but is likely to be an open-ended long-term contract for the right candidate.
The Opportunity
This is a stable, long-term contract focused on carrying out crucial asbestos surveys within residential properties. You will be operating primarily across the suburbs of Birmingham, providing essential safety information for a key housing client.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting management surveys with Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) elements on social housing properties.
- Surveying communal areas associated with residential blocks.
- Performing re-inspections and assessing external property elements as required.
Candidate Essentials
- Qualifications: Must hold a valid BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification.
- Experience: Demonstrable recent experience in conducting surveys, particularly within a social housing or residential setting, is essential.
