Transport for London seeks a Service Strategy and Design Lead to develop business service requirements, assess customer needs, and design service levels.

You will work with Programme and Technology Delivery to produce service models and ensure designs align with the T&D strategy and emerging technologies.

Hybrid role with 50/50 office and home over a 4-week cycle; FTC 24 months; location North Greenwich, London.
