We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio — no single-sector repetition, real variety of live projects. Sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence and much more available within the Buildings team.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading commercial delivery on projects — owning cost, quality and programme
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and contract administration
- Acting as commercial advisor and Employer's Agent, building strong client relationships
- Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development
- Contributing to bids, proposals and business development
Essential requirements:
- MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification
- Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property and development
- Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge
- Employer's Agent experience desirable
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
