We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team at UK Forks.
Covering the West Midlands region, you will service, maintain and repair our fleet of Telehandlers while delivering a first‑class service on site.

Qualifications
- Proven experience servicing and repairing plant equipment, including Telehandlers (essential).
- Recognised qualification in mechanical plant, agricultural engineering or a related discipline (desirable).
- Strong mechanical knowledge and fault‑finding ability.
- A practical, proactive approach with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Willingness to travel throughout the West Midlands region.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance and servicing on our hire fleet at customer sites.
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective mechanical repairs.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimise downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the wider operations team to continuously improve our service.
- Maintain accurate service reports and repair documentation.
