Who can apply

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence
  • Live within a 60-minute commute of Mendip (BA4 4RA)
  • Be able to commit fully to the training programme, including attendance throughout the training period
  • Demonstrate the behaviours and standards needed for a safety‑critical role
