Who can apply
To be eligible, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Live within a 60-minute commute of Mendip (BA4 4RA)
- Be able to commit fully to the training programme, including attendance throughout the training period
- Demonstrate the behaviours and standards needed for a safety‑critical role

- Roles are subject to medical, competency and safety assessments
- Successful applicants must complete all elements of the training programme
