We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join a national infrastructure programme, playing a pivotal role in ensuring engineering excellence across design and construction activities. This is a key leadership position responsible for the application of appropriate engineering standards in alignment with legislation, Railway Group, and Network Rail Company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the application of engineering standards across all projects within the national programme.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, Network Rail standards, and Railway Group protocols.
- Oversee and verify the competence of engineering staff assigned to functional disciplines across multiple projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in engineering leadership within the rail or infrastructure sector.
- You must have a PTS licence.
- Demonstrated capability in design assurance, technical governance, and project compliance.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is desirable.
