An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established organisation delivering projects across the rail sector.
Working across projects involving areas such as depots, track and civils, you'll provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle and work closely with delivery teams to maintain strong cost and contract control.
Requirements
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the rail sector.
- Experience working on rail projects involving areas such as depots, track or civils.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Experience with valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively alongside project and delivery teams.
Nice to have
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Experience working within a major rail contractor or consultancy environment.
- Previous experience managing multiple projects or work packages.
- Senior-level commercial responsibility for candidates applying at SQS level.
