Our client is currently sourcing an experienced P&D/E&P Construction Manager on a long-term contract basis from their Midlands Office focusing on Switch Gear Renewals
Key Responsibilities/Experience
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager within P&D is a must.
- Be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline and hold a professional qualification such as CEng or MAPM.
- Plan and manage resource allocation, including labour, plant, and material resources.
- Implement and drive health and safety standards across projects.
- Manage sub-contractors and liaise with additional stakeholders.
- Deliver construction management duties on rail infrastructure projects.
- Oversee sub-stations, power supply, and feeder works.
- Utilise LV and HV experience to ensure project success.
- Ensure effective delivery of E&P projects, driving work progress.
- Strong knowledge & experience of Rail Systems
