EKFB is seeking a highly organised Onboarding and Training Coordinator to join our People team in Milton Keynes. You will deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters and coordinate training activities across the project, ensuring timely uploads of competencies and efficient IT provisioning.
You will work with labour providers and works teams, monitor service levels, maintain the project training matrix, run reports to support compliance and help maintain a high quality.
