Multiskilled Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing
Location: Thetford | Salary: £51,250 per annum
Shift: 4 on / 4 off (05:00-15:00 & 16:30-00:30)
We are working with a leading FMCG manufacturing site to recruit a Multiskilled Engineer. You will join a hands-on Engineering team, ensuring equipment availability, responding to breakdowns, and driving productivity across the factory.
Responsibilities
- Record all maintenance jobs on the CMMS system.
- Report directly to the Team Leader.
- Carry out daily mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
- Undertake reactive maintenance (approx. 80%) and planned maintenance (approx. 20%).
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical discipline.
- Electrical experience preferred due to site requirements.
- Previous FMCG or manufacturing experience advantageous.
