We have a requirement for an OLE technician. Shift hours are Nights 22:00-06:00, Days 07:00-15:00, 4/5 shifts per week with possible extra shifts over weekends but of no guarantee.

Qualifications

  • Minimum training requirement is Olec 2, and experience in an OLE role.

Responsibilities

  • Experienced in performing inspections and assessments of the overhead lines.
  • Complete safety forms, fault reports.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as replacement of damaged/worn parts, etc.

Additional Requirements

  • Network Rail experience is desirable due to the knowledge of NR standards being helpful.
  • The successful candidate will need to either hold or undergo a Network Rail standard medical which demonstrates that they can work alone.
