An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Civils Cost Engineer to join a growing team supporting the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the UK. This role would suit someone with around 3 years of experience who is looking to further develop their commercial and estimating expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Working closely with commercial, procurement, operational, and engineering teams, you’ll play a key role in developing competitive cost estimates across a range of civils and building projects. The business is open to candidates from estimating, quantity surveying, or wider commercial backgrounds who have a strong understanding of civil engineering and construction environments.

Requirements
  • Background within Civil Engineering, Construction, Estimating, or Quantity Surveying
  • Previous experience within a commercial or estimating role
  • Understanding of civils and building projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Motivated individual looking to develop within a growing team
Desirable
  • Experience working for a contractor or infrastructure business
