Knowledge Transfer Manager – PART TIME

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to lead a national programme focused on improving accessibility and inclusivity across the UK transport network. This role sits within a forward-thinking organisation at the heart of innovation, working across industry, government, and the third sector to deliver impactful change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering a strategic programme that supports the development and adoption of accessible transport solutions. You will collaborate with transport operators, technology developers, charities, and user groups to remove barriers and promote inclusive mobility across the UK.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering impact in accessible and inclusive transport.
  • Strong leadership background within transport or the disability sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with policy, innovation strategies, and programme delivery.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
