CNC Machinist (Rail Sector)
Location: Fulham, London
Rate: £39.24 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Contract (Initially until end of 2025)

We are looking for a qualified CNC Machinist to join a specialist engineering team on a high-profile infrastructure programme based in Fulham, London.

You\’ll be working alongside experienced engineers in a well-equipped facility, operating CNC machines using Heidenhain and Fanuc (Okuma) control systems. While direct experience with these systems is advantageous, experienced CNC Machinists from other backgrounds will be able to adapt quickly.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable CNC machining experience (preferably in heavy industry or transport sectors)
  • Engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) are essential
  • Familiarity with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc (Okuma) systems
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Safety-conscious and detail-oriented

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position. This position will require some additional checks, to ensure you can access the site worked as needed.
