With detailed design nearing completion and construction commencing this autumn, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-profile infrastructure project.
The role will suit a client-facing Project Manager with a strong structures background who is comfortable managing multidisciplinary subcontractors and driving project delivery within an NEC4 environment.
Where you will add value:
- Leading the delivery of a major Access for All infrastructure scheme.
- Managing multidisciplinary work packages including piling, reinforced concrete, telecoms, electrical works, and lift installations.
- Administering NEC4 contractual processes, including compensation events and change management.
