- Monitor project progress, finances, and risks, providing regular updates and mitigating any commercial issues.
- Ensure high standards of commercial operations and delivery across the rail station project.
- Work directly on-site in Cardiff for 3 days a week, ensuring smooth execution of all commercial elements of the project.
- Collaborate with senior management, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive project success.
- Assist in managing the NEC contract (likely Option A or E) and deal with any changes or challenges that may arise.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager with significant experience in rail station projects.
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage the commercial aspects of large rail projects from day one.
- A minimum of 9 months availability, with potential for contract extension for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge and experience with NEC contracts (likely Option A or E).
- Based in or around South Wales, able to work 3 days a week on-site in Cardiff.
