Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to work on some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes? Do you have experience across rail, or major infrastructure projects, and want to take the next step in your commercial career?
Salary:
- Professional / Consultant: £40,000 - £55,000
- Senior: £50,000 - £70,000
- Associate: £60,000 - £75,000
Locations: London, Birmingham, Southampton or Haywards Heath, hybrid
My client is an established business looking to expand their infrastructure commercial team and is looking for Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers across multiple levels. You’ll have the opportunity to work on major UK infrastructure programmes, including HS2 and other significant transport and projects. The roles will primarily focus on post-contract commercial delivery and cost assurance, with opportunities also available for professionals with strong estimating backgrounds.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working within rail, or other major infrastructure sectors such as highways, aviation or data centres
- Experience within Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, cost assurance or estimating
- Strong understanding of commercial and cost management principles
- Experience working within a consultancy, client or major infrastructure environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
- RICS, CIOB or CICES chartership or working towards professional qualification
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
For permanent professionals who are still working towards chartership, there is support available towards professional accreditation with organisations including RICS and CICES.
