- Conducting asbestos surveys on residential housing properties within your designated region.
- Accurately taking samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs).
- Managing your own workload independently on a weekly basis to meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring the timely submission of survey reports and samples.
You must be a BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualified asbestos surveyor.
A proven track record of post-qualification experience as an asbestos surveyor is strictly required.
You must provide your own reliable transportation, survey toolkit, and essential PPE, including a half-mask with a recent face-fit certificate.
