We are seeking a skilled professional to join an established team delivering high-quality maintenance services at a prestigious, high-security site. The Offer

  • Salary: £ per annum (DOE)
  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute electrical planned preventative maintenance and diagnose/repair faults across a wide range of systems.
  • Conduct routine testing and servicing of plant equipment, including motors, control panels, switchgear, and lighting.
  • Perform statutory inspections, including Fixed Wire Testing and PAT, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Ensure all works align with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and Health & Safety legislation.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Electrician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
  • Valid 18th Edition (BS 7671) qualification.
  • Proven experience in commercial or industrial maintenance environments.
