Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineers to join our building services team across a dedicated commercial portfolio in the TW, KT, and SW London postcode areas. In this role, you will deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and client compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine PPM work and reactive emergency repairs across commercial sites.
  • Diagnose, fault-find, and service systems including split units, multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, and chillers.
  • Maintain accurate service records and job sheets using digital reporting software.
  • Ensure full compliance with F-Gas regulations and site health and safety standards.
  • Participate in a reasonable call-out rota (if applicable) and utilize available overtime.

Key Requirements

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
