Our leading Property Management client are seeking a motivated and customer focused candidate they can train to become a successful Block Property Manager in the Bristol office (parking and hybrid working). Working with an established and structured business with Private residential developments in the area, you will help play a key role by managing property portfolio in and around the Bristol area to ensure that customers get value for money and excellent customer support.

Main duties (training provided):
- Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
- Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
- Attending client meetings and regular site visits
- Overseeing contractors performance and any maintenance issues
- Preparing and monitoring budgets
- Overseeing building compliance management
- Working with internal departments to ensure your building remains clean, safe and pleasant for residents
