We are seeking a high-caliber Site Manager to lead a major residential development in Teesside. This role is initially offered on a contract basis with a clear path to a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be joining one of the UK's most prominent housebuilders, overseeing a fast-paced site where quality and volume go hand-in-hand. If you have a track record of delivering award-winning homes and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Managing the full lifecycle of high-volume housing units, ensuring builds are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining rigorous standards to achieve NHBC sign-offs and CMLs.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinating all trades on-site, ensuring smooth transitions between build stages.
- Health & Safety: Upholding a 5-star safety culture and ensuring all site personnel adhere to strict HSE protocols.
- Customer Excellence: Ensuring final handovers meet the highest possible standard for the end-user.
Requirements
- Experience: Extensive experience in High-Volume New Build Housing is non-negotiable.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations.
- Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work.
- Leadership: A strong, assertive leader who can drive production while maintaining morale.
