The Opportunity

The Role

  • Develop Winning Bids: Create robust, logic-linked tender programmes using Asta Powerproject (or P6).
  • Strategic Sequencing: Collaborate with Estimators and Project Directors to define innovative construction methodologies and site logistics.
  • Risk Opportunity: Identify project constraints and develop smart mitigation strategies to give us the competitive edge.
  • Client Engagement: Present technical programmes and 4D visualisations during high-stakes tender interviews.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in planning within a major UK building or civil engineering environment.
  • Software: High proficiency in Asta Powerproject.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of construction stages, from groundworks to fit-out.
