Are you an Architectural Technician with Residential experience within the Teesside area, looking to work for a stable and well-known national residential company? We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join a leading residential client with huge progression opportunities and a salary based upon your experience.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of construction packages, details and specifications.
- Working alongside external consultants and suppliers to complete a full tender package for the commercial, construction, sales and marketing team to work with.
- Liaise with the NHBC Building Control department.
- Support the upkeep of the standard house type range, specifications and details as well as suggesting improvements for future packages and providing technical assistance to the team as required.
- Attend site-based meetings as and when required.
- Keep up to date with CDM and CPD responsibilities specific to the role.
- Maintain up to date with legislation and regulations as well as have an understanding of future regulations that are coming into effect within the industry.
- Assist the development and training of other more junior members of the Architectural side of the Technical department.
