Want a role with variety? Then read on.... Before you do you will need to possess a full clean driver's licence and the willingness to travel with passengers on occasions - this is a must for the position.
You will be a key person in the team, providing dedicated support to the Executive Assistant (EA) and on occasions Directors of the company. You will be in a responsible position that means you have the pleasure of representing the company positively to all internal and external stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be directed by the EA and will be but not limited to:
- diary and schedule management
- organising international and domestic travel
- managing correspondence and expenses
- regular driving duties, including collecting clients and stakeholders from airports and train stations
- completion of general administrative duties to support other senior leaders - document filing, data organisation etc.
You will need:
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a tactful, assertive, and articulate voice to be able to interact effectively with a wide range of people
- previous business experience - desirable
- excellent attention to detail
- planning, prioritisation and time management skills
- the ability to work to deadlines by setting priorities and managing workloads
- an exceptional working knowledge and skills of Microsoft applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
