Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a PTS Site engineer for a Rail civils project in Sizewell. Immediate start!
Location: Sizewell
Duration: 12 months
Pay: Outside IR35, paid LTD, £400+ a day
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced site engineer to work on rail lineside civils scheme in Sizewell.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and produce detailed plans and drawings
- Set out and ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work
- Monitor and maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working in a rail environment and preferably a PTS
- Relevant qualifications and experience in setting out
- Proficient in the use of setting out equipment, surveying software, and CAD software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
