Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to oversee the delivery of deep drainage networks and structural concrete elements on a major highway scheme in Suffolk. This is a secure, ultra-long-term contract package offering 80 weeks of continuous work.
Working closely with the Section Agent and Project Manager, you will manage a team of Site Engineers and subcontractors. You will take full ownership of look-ahead programmes, technical management, and health and safety compliance, ensuring your section of the project is delivered safely, to budget, and in accordance with National Highways specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Section Management: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and execution of highway drainage, attenuation, and structural packages.
- Programming Planning: Produce and manage detailed short-term look-ahead programmes (3-week / 4-week), tracking progress against the master schedule.
- Engineering Technical Control: Manage and mentor the site engineering team.
