Randstad are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join the facilities team at a prestigious site in Stockton. This is a temporary role with the view to be ongoing permanent for the right person.
£15.17 per hour - Full-time and opportunity to do overtime - 12:30 - 18:30 Monday - Friday.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as stacking chairs, opening and closing buildings, and opening and closing windows.
- Carry out basic grounds maintenance (e.g. litter picking, outdoor upkeep).
- Respond promptly to alarms and urgent maintenance issues.
- MUST HAVE AN ENHANCED DBS.
- Previous experience in a maintenance assistant, caretaking, facilities, or maintenance role.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, and basic outdoor work.
- Reliable and flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
