Maintenance Electrician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties. ? Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 per annum? Hours: 40 hours per week ? Key Responsibilities:? Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance onelectrical systems.? Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.? Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations. ? Qualifications:? NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.? 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.?
