Site Manager

Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manager leading maintenance contractor based in South Derbyshire on a Planned maintenance contract This is a FTC for 6 months, Offering up to £50,000 + company vehicle and benefits Looking for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Planned maintenance schemes on time and within budget. Ideally Kitchens, Bathrooms and external works Strong Health and Safety knowledge, able to assist in programmes of work and manage operational delivery. Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports, assist with design solutions and ensure smooth processing of invoices to avoid delays Develop relations with clients and stakeholders and provide effective management subcontractors with health, safety and compliance in mind What you will need: Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within Planned works Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) CSCS Managers card Knowledge of Temporary Works Procedures Knowledge of IT Applications A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification For more information or to apply, attach your cv and we will be in touch!! …
