My client, a leading FM contractor, are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Services Shift Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team at a prestigious site. This is a critical role within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of essential systems and delivering a first-class service to their client. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building services systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, and BMS. Troubleshoot and repair faults on systems such as lighting, power circuits, fire alarms, generators, UPS, chillers, and pumps. Conduct HV/LV electrical maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, minimising disruption to site operations. Collaborate with other engineers and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including reporting on equipment performance and system reliability. Participate in site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Support the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and improvements.
