Job Description
My high profile rail client is looking for an experienced senior quantity surveyor to join their exisiting team in Huddersfield.
Suitable candidates will ideally have experience working within an Alliance.
Candidate Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of the established Commercial team on multidisciplinary Projects
- Contract/Commercial Management
- Cost Management
- Prepare, validate and agreement of interim and final accounts
- Prepare monthly reports
- Complete savings report for internal records
- Risk Management
- Estimating
- Contract Change Control
- Attending / leading Commercial / Contract meetings
- Comply with Quality Management Systems, processes and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- MRICS Accreditation
- Degree Qualified
- NEC and or JCT Contract experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confident communicator
- Proven experience working on large rail infrastructure projects
