Senior Commercial Manager (Client Side) required for immediate start on 250m+ London super prime residential project. This is a rare and prestigious opportunity to help lead the commercial strategy for a landmark super prime residential development in one of London's most sought-after locations. The project involves the construction of super prime luxury residences, world-class amenities, and highly bespoke finishes, setting new standards in the high-end residential market.

Role Overview: As Client Side Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial, financial, and procurement aspects of the fit out works. You will ensure robust cost control, contractual compliance, risk management, and cost optimisation across the project lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver a world-class scheme on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (15+ years) in commercial leadership roles within high-value (50-100m+) residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  • Proven track record delivering super prime or notable projects.
  • Strong expertise in cost control, procurement, contract law, and risk management.
  • Deep understanding of JCT Design & Build Contract and Design Appointments.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate high-value contracts and maximise project profitability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with or on behalf of Funders, Developers, or Contractors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and manage complex commercial teams.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Law, or a related field.
  • MRICS/MCIOB accreditation preferred.
