We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer for an upcoming start on an ongoing construction project in Tunbridge Wells. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Start Date: Monday 20th April 2026
Working Hours: 4 Days per Week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Paid Hours: 9 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welfare Duties: Thorough cleaning of site cabins, canteens, drying rooms, and toilet facilities to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Cleaning Duties: Ensuring all communal areas and office spaces are tidy, stocked, and sanitized.
- General Labouring: Assisting the site team with moving materials, site clearance, and ensuring the site remains safe and organized.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Valid and in-date).
- Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
- Right to Work in the UK.
- References: Must be able to provide two checkable "finishing" references from previous site work.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
