Are you an experienced industrial cleaner with a background in manufacturing? Mitie is looking for a dedicated and resilient Shift Lead to join our specialist hygiene team. This is a hands‑on leadership role operating in a fast‑paced seafood processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Oversee a dedicated night shift team, ensuring all cleaning schedules are met to a high standard.
