Key Requirements

  • We are looking for a commercially astute professional with a proven track record in the international arena.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying; MRICS status is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Project History: Extensive experience in the development of mixed-use hospitality or commercial projects valued at US$60M+.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with PMWeb, On-Screen Take-Off, and/or CostX.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes both independently and within a team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial aspects of major international developments from inception to completion.
  • Utilize advanced estimating software to ensure precision in cost planning and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the broader project team to maintain rigorous timelines and budgets.
  • Lead negotiations with external vendors and contractors to maximize asset value.
