Our leading Property Management client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused candidate they can train or develop to become a successful Block Property Manager on a permanent basis. Working with an established and structured business with private residential developments in the area, you will help play a key role by managing a property portfolio in and around Warrington, Manchester and surrounding areas to ensure that customers get value for money and excellent customer support.

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours)

Main duties of a Property Manager include (training provided):

  • Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
  • Dealing with client enquiries both via phone and email and taking the appropriate actions
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Overseeing contractors' performance and any maintenance issues
  • Preparing and monitoring service charge budgets
  • Overseeing building compliance management
  • Working with internal departments to ensure your building remains clean, safe and pleasant for residents

Experience Needed:

  • Keen to build a career in Property
  • Property Manager experience (desirable)
  • Customer focused and approachable
  • Organised and good time management skills
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress a career
  • Local to Warrington or within commutable distance
  • Driver / Car (expenses paid)
