Role Overview
We are seeking 2 detail-oriented Customer Order Management Administrators to join our team on a temporary 6-month basis. In this role, you will provide vital non-customer-facing administrative support across all stages of the order lifecycle - ensuring orders are processed accurately, systems remain updated, and shipping documentation is properly compiled.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process incoming customer orders into the order management system within target deadlines.
- Parts Allocation: Manually allocate parts to customer orders as required.
- Documentation: Compile and distribute export and shipping documentation to keep orders moving smoothly.
- Data Maintenance Cleansing: Maintain accurate data within the order system (e.g., updating pricing, customer details, drop ships, aging orders, and holds).
