About the Role
Randstad is currently recruiting for an Operations Associate to join a world-leading life sciences organisation at their site in Horsham. Working on a fixed late shift, you will play a key role within a high-performing operations team responsible for receiving, packaging, storing, and distributing high-value products across ambient, cold, and frozen temperature environments (-20°C).
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare client orders to meet strict business targets.
- Goods Receipt Stock Control: Receive incoming courier deliveries, log inventory accurately into management software, and complete regular cycle counts.
- Production Support: Execute Production Orders for client packaging requirements, including setting up and cleaning down operational areas and equipment.
- GMP Compliance: Complete all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation with high accuracy within designated timelines.
- Health Safety: Maintain clean room and warehouse standards, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and report any quality or safety risks.
Requirements
- Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, production, or operations environment is required. Experience within a GMP/GxP, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working across ambient, cold room, and freezer (-20°C) environments handling physical, manual tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent numerical and written skills with a strong ability to strictly follow SOPs and complete compliance logs accurately.
- Transport: A valid UK driving licence and personal transport are essential due to the site location and shift pattern.
