£40,000 - £45,000 + van + Fuel Card
Mobile contract covering sites across Zones 1 & 2 Commercial Office Spaces
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact during the night for building reactives contractors
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting
- Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
- Trades qualifications - C G / NVQ in any trade
- Full drivers license
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
