We are looking for an experienced Mobile Install Electrician to join a growing facilities management team across the North East. This role is heavily focused on electrical installations, including full system installs, upgrades, and project work within commercial environments. Alongside installation duties, you will also support maintenance and reactive works, ensuring all electrical systems are delivered and maintained to a high standard, in line with current regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical installations across a range of commercial projects, including full system installs, upgrades, and refurbishments
  • Work on small works projects, fit-outs, and electrical conversions
  • Install containment, wiring systems, distribution boards, and associated components
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of installed systems
  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance when required
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
  • Ensure all work complies with current regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
  • Work across multiple sites, managing your time and workload effectively
  • Collaborate with other trades and team members to deliver projects on time

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition qualification (essential)
  • Time-served electrician (City & Guilds or NVQ) (essential)
  • Proven experience in electrical installation work within commercial environments
  • Strong knowledge of containment, wiring systems, and installation best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience with testing and commissioning is beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • 2391 Testing & Inspection
  • ECS Gold Card
  • IPAF / PASMA
