We are looking for an experienced Mobile Install Electrician to join a growing facilities management team across the North East. This role is heavily focused on electrical installations, including full system installs, upgrades, and project work within commercial environments. Alongside installation duties, you will also support maintenance and reactive works, ensuring all electrical systems are delivered and maintained to a high standard, in line with current regulations.
Competitive salary between £38,500 - £40,000 per annum
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical installations across a range of commercial projects, including full system installs, upgrades, and refurbishments
- Work on small works projects, fit-outs, and electrical conversions
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance when required
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to deliver projects on time
Requirements:
- Time-served electrician (City & Guilds or NVQ) (essential)
- Proven experience in electrical installation work within commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of containment, wiring systems, and installation best practices
- Experience with testing and commissioning is beneficial
- Full UK driving licence
- 2391 Testing & Inspection
- IPAF / PASMA
