The Role:

  • Making good internal walls and ceilings following full electrical rewires (chased walls, socket boxes, and switch points).
  • Carrying out patching, rendering, and full wall/ceiling skimming to a high standard.
  • Ensuring void properties are left clean and tidy for the next stage of turn‑around.
  • Working efficiently to meet strict key‑to‑key turnaround deadlines for the housing association.

What You'll Need:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent time‑served experience).
