Location: City of London
Salary: £55,000 + travel + overtime
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional out-of-hours support/on-call as required)

We're looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Mobile Site Supervisor with a strong Electrical Bias to oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of sites in London and the surrounding areas. This is a critical role for a hands-on leader who can drive quality and manage multi-skilled teams effectively.
What You'll Do
As a Mobile Site Supervisor, you'll be the pivotal link between our management and on-site teams, ensuring seamless operational delivery across various client locations. Your responsibilities will include:

Mobile Operational Leadership: Oversee and coordinate all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. This includes electrical, mechanical, and fabric services.

Team Supervision & Mentoring: Lead, motivate, and guide multi-skilled maintenance engineers and technicians, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently, work quality is high, and safety standards are rigorously followed.

Electrical Technical Expertise: Provide advanced electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and hands-on repair for complex systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, control panels, and other associated M&E plant. You'll be the go-to electrical expert for your sites.

Compliance & Safety Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations, relevant statutory legislation, and company health & safety policies across all sites. You'll oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes and RAMS.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with site-level client representatives, communicating progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate specialist subcontractors, ensuring their work meets required standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, ensure timely completion of work orders via CAFM systems, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Emergency Response: Act as a key point of contact for urgent out-of-hours issues across your portfolio (if part of an on-call rota).
What We're Looking For

Electrical Qualification: Hold a degree or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Engineering or equivalent, with current 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.

Technical Acumen: Strong diagnostic and hands-on fault-finding skills across a broad range of electrical and general M&E building services.

Health & Safety: Excellent understanding and practical application of UK Health & Safety legislation. IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate is highly desirable.

Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Organisational Skills: Highly organised, able to manage multiple sites, prioritise effectively, and work autonomously.

IT Proficiency: Competent in using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
