The Role:
- Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a high-profile public sector contract.
- Responsible for fault-finding, plant repairs, and ensuring all works meet BS7671 standards.
- Includes fabric repairs, subcontractor supervision, and CAFM reporting.
Impact:
- High-standard building maintenance acting as the face of the company.
- Level 3 Electrical Installation (NVQ or C&G).
- Valid UK Driver's Licence (Clean).
- Proven commercial maintenance and fault-finding experience.
- IPAF, PASMA, or experience as an AP/CP.
