The predicted salary is between 39000 - 41000 £ per year.

Salary: £39k-£41k + Van | Shift: Mon-Fri (40hrs) | Locations: Guildford, Horsham, and Crawley (Mobile)

The Role:

  • Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a high-profile public sector contract.
  • Responsible for fault-finding, plant repairs, and ensuring all works meet BS7671 standards.
  • Includes fabric repairs, subcontractor supervision, and CAFM reporting.

Impact:

  • High-standard building maintenance acting as the face of the company.
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation (NVQ or C&G).
  • Valid UK Driver's Licence (Clean).
  • Proven commercial maintenance and fault-finding experience.
  • IPAF, PASMA, or experience as an AP/CP.
