Pay Rate: £18 per hour (Umbrella)

Duties Include:

  • Preparing internal timber or steel stud frames for drywall installation.
  • Applying sealant/silicone and installing thermal/acoustic insulation into wall cavities prior to boarding.
  • Checking frame alignments, cut-outs, and tape work to ensure surfaces are prepped for dryliners.
  • Assisting the wider trade team with general site prep and material handling.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working area in accordance with site safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Previous experience in pre-boarding, insulation installation, or general drylining prep work.
  • Full PPE (steel toe boots, hi-vis, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves).
  • Own standard hand tools for preparation and sealing work.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attention to detail.
