Type: Temporary / Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious IPAF Operator to join our team on a project based in Rochester.
You will be responsible for operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) to assist on-site trades and ensure tasks at height are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Safe operation of MEWP machinery (Scissor Lift / Cherry Picker) in accordance with site regulations.
Performing pre-use safety checks and basic inspection of powered access equipment.
Supporting on-site trades with access for installation, maintenance, or construction work.
Maintaining strict compliance with site health and safety standards.
Requirements Valid IPAF Card (3a 3b categories required).
CSCS Card (Green or Blue).
Proven experience operating MEWPs on commercial or residential construction sites.
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket, safety boots, and harness).
Strong commitment to safety and good communication skills.
