The Company:

They have an outstanding reputation for promoting from within and are looking for a commercially driven leader to spearhead the operational and financial growth of their busy Water Hygiene division.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of the division's commercial performance, operational delivery, and team development across a diverse public and private sector portfolio.
- Commercial & Financial Leadership: Take full responsibility for divisional P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day scheduling, resource planning, and workforce deployment to drive engineer productivity, utilisation, and contract efficiency.
- Contract & Client Management: Mobilise new compliance contracts, monitor delivery of SLAs and KPIs, and foster strong relationships across client accounts.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-level team including field service managers, technical supervisors, and field engineers.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all operational work aligns with current ACOP L8 guidelines, HSG274, BG50, and water regulations.
About You:
- Proven track record in a senior operational leadership role specifically within the water hygiene or water treatment services sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing divisional P&L, financial forecasting, and operational budgets.
- Extensive technical knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, and water compliance frameworks.
- Strong commercial awareness, contract mobilisation experience, and the ability to interact with senior client stakeholders.
- IT literate with experience using operational management and scheduling systems.
